Superkool is an AI content studio that helps you generate videos and related media from prompts and inputs you provide. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must meet the minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and include a monthly credit allowance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Superkool to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or circumvent usage limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property & Generated Content

Subject to these terms and your payment of applicable fees, you own the videos and content you generate with Superkool and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. You retain rights to the inputs you provide. Superkool and its underlying software, models, branding, and website remain our property. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected, and you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superkool will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, though certain provisions survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law
